Onboarding Manager

IAM Sold, part of the iamproperty group, is the leading provider of Property Auction solutions to the Estate Agents in the UK. We believe success is based on outstanding service, delivered consistently by enthusiastic and visionary people.

Due to our continued success and rapid growth, we are looking to appoint several Onboarding Managers who are responsible for growing our network, ensuring partner estate agents are given all the support they need to integrate the iamproperty service offering into their business successfully.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for the on-boarding and development of new partners in the network;
  • Guarantee a seamless onboarding process for new partners providing a "wow" level of experience during the onboarding process;
  • Agree, develop and help implement plans with new clients to set their businesses up for long term success;
  • Discuss our other product offerings with key decision makers creating cross sell opportunities;
  • Be responsible for the delivery of our key learning programme, which will provide partners with the knowledge and confidence to succeed;
  • Understand our markets, and monitor the market for information (keeping up-to date with industry publications and research, collating data from our partners and assessing trends);
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure we are delivering the right messages to our potential partners;
  • Adding value by tailoring the iamproperty service offering to fit within our partners business model;
  • Make sure that all partner agents that you onboard provide a positive Net Promoter Score at the end of the onboarding process.

Person Specification:

  • Minimum of 2 years previous experience in either an Account Management or Property Sales role;
  • Have a strong passion for building productive relationships with partners;
  • Ability to motivate clients to generate more business;
  • Possess excellent communication skills with the ability to present information in a clear and concise manner;
  • Solution oriented approach to problem solving and decision making;
  • Passionate about our industry and about our clients' businesses;
  • You will be confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

The successful candidate must have excellent time management skills, be a key relationship builder, possess excellent objection handling skills and is excited at the prospect of finding solutions for our new partners. It would be preferable, though not essential, if the candidate has experience in the property sector.

In return, we offer 23 days annual leave plus statutory leave, uncapped commission, with realistic on target earnings for year one of £30,000, private healthcare, industry-leading incentives, free onsite parking and regular company social events. We are based at the Regent Centre in Gosforth which boasts excellent transport links.
