Account Manager

The Conveyancing Partnership, part of the iamproperty group, is the leading provider of white-label conveyancing to property professionals. We specialise in providing estate agents with the ability to offer a seamless white label conveyancing.

Due to continued success, we are looking to appoint a motivated Account Manager to join our small but busy team.  The role is centred around building relationships with your allocated partner agents to encourage them to refer conveyancing leads.  You will be quoting clients to sell the features and benefits of our services and to successfully convert leads to conveyancing instructions. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quote clients and sell the features and benefits of our services
  • Build great relationships with partner estate agents
  • Identify opportunities, produce leads and book appointments for the external team
  • Proactively follow up leads generated from canvassing by the external team
  • Manage your tasks on a daily basis to ensure tasks are met in a timely manner

The successful candidate must have an excellent telephone manner, a high degree of business acumen and good knowledge of the sales process. It would be preferable, though not essential, if the candidate has experience in the property sector. 

The role is target driven so the successful candidate will be required to have excellent organisational skills in order to manage your tasks in a timely manner while meeting our service obligations. Knowledge of the property sector or conveyancing is desirable but not essential.
