Sales Executive

IAM Sold, part of the iamproperty group, is the leading provider of Property Auction solutions to the Estate Agents in the UK. We believe success is based on outstanding service, delivered consistently by enthusiastic and visionary people

Due to our continued success and rapid growth, we are looking to appoint several motivated sales professionals to deliver IAM Sold's auction solution to an assigned network of Estate Agent branches, consistently delivering sales results and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate exceptional relationships with partner Estate Agents to maximise lead conversion
  • Facilitate the sale of residential properties by being the key link between buyers and sellers
  • Consistently deliver on monthly personal targets
  • Fully utilise the inhouse task system to stay organised and work efficiently
  • Build strong and effective relationships with multiple stakeholders

Person Specification:

  • Target driven
  • High emotional IQ
  • Professional and articulate

The successful candidate must have an excellent telephone manner, have a good work ethic, a high degree of business acumen and thrives in in a fast-paced environment. It would be preferable, though not essential, if the candidate has experience in the property sector.

In return, we offer 23 days annual leave plus statutory leave, uncapped commission, with realistic on target earnings for year one of £35,000+, private healthcare, industry-leading incentives, free onsite parking and regular company social events.
