Account Manager (Part Time)

IAM Sold, part of the iamproperty group, is the leading provider of Property Auction solutions to the Estate Agents in the UK. We believe success is based on outstanding service, delivered consistently by enthusiastic and visionary people.

Due to our continued success and rapid growth, we are looking to appoint an Account Manager on a part time basis (24 hours per week, Wednesday 13:30 - 17:30, Thursday 09:00 - 17:30, Friday 09:00 - 17:00) who will focus primarily on engaging the Estate Agent Partner Network in an assigned region, developing relationships, and seeking continuous improvements from these Partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Continuously improve relationships and output from assigned partners
  • Build and maintain long lasting relationships
  • Carry out regular contact strategy with all new partners, ensuring next steps are clearly understood and actioned
  • Carry out structured phone meetings with assigned partners to review performance and challenge output
  • Work with partners to create quarterly instruction plans
  • Ensure regular contact with sales team members to update on meeting outcomes
  • Identify any training requirements from assigned partners
  • Provide partners with reports on branch activity
  • Collaborate with IAM Sold management to forecast monthly output
  • Update and report on new partner progress and status monthly

Person Specification:

  • Minimum of 2 years previous experience in either an Account Management or Property Sales role;
  • Have a strong passion for building productive relationships with partners;
  • Ability to motivate clients to generate more business;
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present information in a clear and concise manner;
  • Solution oriented approach to problem solving and decision making;
  • Passionate about our industry and about our clients' businesses;
  • You will be confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

The successful candidate must have excellent time management skills, be a key relationship builder, possess excellent objection handling skills, great questioning techniques and is excited at the prospect of finding solutions for our new partners. It would be preferable, though not essential, if the candidate has experience in the property sector.

In return, we offer 23 days annual leave plus statutory leave, uncapped commission, with realistic on target earnings for year one of £30,000, private healthcare, industry-leading incentives, free onsite parking and regular company social events.
