Customer Success Manager

We are currently recruiting for Customer Success Manager to enable our customer base to grow their performance with us by optimising their education and knowledge of our core offerings.

The CSM will work closely with our Onboarding, Sales and Marketing teams to create, develop, deliver and support the delivery of a consistent and compelling suite of training opportunities and educational content.,

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, develop, deliver and support the delivery of a consistent and compelling suite of training opportunities and educational content
  • Be a proposition expert developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our core offering (s), keeping up to date on the latest releases and improvements coming out of our product team, ensuring our education evolves as our offering does
  • Work closely with Onboarding, Sales and Marketing to ensure our knowledge offering is enabling success and supporting the achievement of business objectives.  Part of this will be enabling other functions to deliver training in a consistent and effective way (train the trainer) to enable education at scale across our customer network

Person Specification:

  • A love for learning and sharing knowledge with skills in program management, customer success/training & education skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment across departments and geographies
  • Knowledge of webinar and video production and related processes and systems
  • High attention to detail and can take the initiative to solve problems
  • Have a strong command of the English language and an appreciation for the written word; excellent English written, and communication skills are a must
  • Can lead execution across functions
  • A service-oriented ethos with a strong strategic commercial mindset
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects to completion
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and rapid-growth environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Previous experience in a customer success, partner enablement or education role

The successful candidate will become a proposition expert and a passionate educator of our growing network of UK Estate Agents.  The primary focus of this role is to retain and grow long-term customer revenues in support of the overall success of the company.
